I found some well priced body sprays on this site via a Google search. Free shipping as well with no minimum. I placed the items in my cart and attempted to checkout. I received a text from Chime with a numerical code to enter into Citegy to finalize purchase. I entered the code and then a window popped up asking for my Chime card pin #! 😂 Uh, no. Some shady business must be going on because any legit business would never ask a customer for their debit card pin #. At that point, I closed out of the window and will never go back. I'm sorry Citegy...I've never heard of this website before, no reviews anywhere online about this company. The website is professional and seems legit but you're not getting my debit card pin #. Potential buyers should proceed with caution!!!

They sent me a faulty part, which I asked for a replacement and in turn, they asked me for a video. After sending a video, they agreed and verified that they would send me a new part - since the part is from china, they said if I wanted to have the item delivered within 1-2 weeks, I could pay $60. I pay $60, and follow-up after 3 weeks since I still didn’t get the replacement part. After 4 weeks, customer service asks for a picture….why not ask for a picture 4 weeks ago when I sent a video? I send an image, and it’s “approved” to be send out again and a refund (once the item sends) of $15. This was 4 days ago and my replacement part still has not shipped. I have had a light fixture, that I ordered 3 months ago, still in the box. I would not recommend this company; the customer service is terrible and they do not quickly resolve issues

Avoidance tactics and bad support: When I requested a refund because the service was not what was advertised, they refused to return my money. Instead, they tried to trick me by offering "another free test" with a different file, which would clearly result in the same AI nonsense. Blocking customers: When I rejected their offer and insisted on a refund, they blocked my email address entirely to avoid further communication. This is a classic sign of a bad-faith business. If you value your money and the security of your genetic data, do not upload your raw DNA files here. They are not a professional or trustworthy entity. I am currently escalating this to my financial institution due to the lack of service and their refusal to communicate. Save yourself the trouble and use established, transparent, and peer-reviewed services instead.
