I chose them specifically for their advertised SmartFit variable rate home loan, expecting a straightforward process, but instead, I was met with months of bureaucratic stalling. The loan processors lost my pay slips and tax documents twice, forcing me to resubmit everything, which completely threw off our settlement date. To make matters worse, their customer helpline has terrible hold times, and every time I managed to connect with a human, they gave me completely conflicting information about our application status.
