I’ve been with Al Rayan for years because I want my finances to be Sharia-compliant, It feels like they are trying to push out smaller savers to focus only on high net worth clients. The communication regarding these changes was buried in a long PDF that was almost impossible to find on their website. Every time I have a simple question about my ISA, I have to jump through hoops just to find a human being who can help.
