The service department is where things fall apart. I've read too many stories and experienced some myself of issues being dismissed. One Seltos owner reported a knocking sound multiple times, was told it was "dust," and only later discovered a faulty shock absorber that they then wanted R11,000 to fix outside of warranty . Another owner i know also has been without their vehicle for over two years while Kia failing to resolve ongoing problems .
