Terrible Business banking application. It glitches too much and frustrates me to the core. Their QRS Scan code when you try to sign in on desktop as some thing you can find them on their mobile app. when you try to sign in. the QR scan is stuck in a loop. you enter your user name, scan the code and approve via app and it gets to a screen as it say register if you don't have an account. this is so annoying as i used in a month ago without any issues. lately is just a nightmare to use. Another with because i use mobile application often. once you sign in. do what ever and sign out. withing a min or 2 you try to sign back in. it just keeps on buffering not clearing the catch. It is so stupid and I THINK STANDAR BAN CAN DO BETTER.
I was give a 2 month relief on paying my personal loan account. This gave a little breather to regroup and settle my short term loan without additional charges. If you need that too Just talk to them as every case is different.
I have been a loyal customer for many years. 3 of my properties are funded by this bank. To date it is still my go to when i want any loan for personal or business. True African giant.
